What do you get if . . .

you combine leeks sauteed in olive oil


With sweet potatoes


tomato paste and peanut butter



cumin, turmeric, and harissa


And simmer it all in vegetable broth


And, finally, add some fresh spinach leaves?

You get a delicious thick autumn soup. The photo below may or may not look good to you, depending on your tastes, but I assure you it tasted great.



I'm a big fan of homemade soup.
