Celery root

First time I ever used this in a recipe. It looks a little intimidating.


Even after it has been peeled, it's still weird, and weirdly spotted.


I made a puree of it, which is on the bottom of the dish, so you can barely see it in this photo:

And it was so very delicious! Now I need to look for more recipes that use celery root.
